Michael Guida has extensive experience in delivering communication and content strategy as well as project direction for websites and intranets/internal communications. Michael was e-communications advisor in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (UK) -creating a blueprint on how to transform the use of web and intranet services within the department- and stakeholder engagement manager in the Department for Education & Skills (UK) -contributing to establish Directgov as the primary citizen facing government channel for education.

Michael has 15 years experience delivering winning communications projects both on and offline. He has broad experience across government, charity, corporate and agency sectors. Michael recent projects include Healthcare for London consultation, Online patient safety advice for NHS staff (work involving both the National Patient Safety Agency and the British Medical Journal).

Previously, Michael was creative director for Agency.com and producer for OCC Multimedia. His projects included the development of the world's first online flight booking service for the original British Airways travel portal, a proven business winner, the developing the first stage in Deutsche's Bank transactional web service and the original corporate portal for Astrazeneca.

Michael holds and MA Design for Interactive Media (Middlesex University, UK) and a BSc Honours in Pharmacology (University of Portsmouth).
